From demolition and removal of the knee wall (which opened up the shower) to installation of water proof wall board and underlayment materials, the team took their time to ensure both our and their expectations were met. When we came to decision points we were brought into the discussion and able to communicate with both Dean and his guys to make a timely determination. This kept our project on schedule and on budget. Antonio had a clear vision of how best to lay out the tile to maximize appeal while minimizing small or irregular pieces. "Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"!
