The work took longer and was more complicated than initially anticipated so we mutually agreed on an adjusted rate, no complaints there. Carey is respectful and hard-working. In the end, it was well done and even though it took a bit longer than initially anticipated, he finished it, cleaned everything up. All in all, the price was very reasonable.
