"Our water drain valve broke out of the tank on Tuesday afternoon. We needed a replacement asap and called KC Metro on Wednesday morning around 8:00 am. "I requested replacing a full drain pipe system. When they came, they only fixed the one part that was leaking, not the whole drain. They told me it would cost significantly more to replace the full drain, even though when they came out to bid it, I was very explicit on wanting it all replaced. The leak is fixed, but they also used a white pipe while the rest of the piping was black. They even told me they saw reviews the picture before coming, and still brought and use white piping. So now it is very mismatched."

"Damion was our service technician and he came to clear the roots out of our drains. That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). We're very satisfied with Reddi Service, have used them several times in the past, and will continue to use their technicians."

"I really had a problem with the drainage in my front yard from the sump pump and the drain that was buried to deep and the water wouldn't drain and just ran back into the sump pump causing it to run all the time. Nick and his crew installed a new drain and reconnected the sump pump drain into it and everything is fine now. His price was reasonable and fair.
