"A consumate and knowledgable professional. He explained the concept of supply and return, and performed what may have been a first time service on our home. The price was extremely fair, we opted in for dryer vent cleaning. We are very pleased to have met them and thankful for the outstanding work that was done. "I requested Cesar (with Anthony Plumbing) come back to do a toilet installation because he had recommended a replacement the last time he was here. We got a full system install (insde and outside) with add ons of a humidifier, air scrubber, and an electronic air filter all for a great price! "Erick and his crew took out our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and replaced the oven hood in the kitchen. They replaced the old wooden baseboards (which had mold) and toilets in the bathroom. They also installed a water softener and replaced our water heater. Erick and his workmen were extremely kind and polite, being perfect gentlemen while in our condo. While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. Erick was flexible and was willing to incorporate any changes we needed. When the work was completed, Erick only charged us the amount of his original quote. We plan to contact Arcadia in the future for additional work we need to have done."
