This company is fantastic. They scheduled the appointment around my schedule. They communicated via text and email updates on the appointment/arrival time, and arrived right on schedule. They were knowledgeable and communicative. I understood what the issue was with my furnace and what they did to fix it. I will use them again and am planning to purchase their annual maintenance plan as it is super cheap and my HV/AC system is OLD. I want to keep it running efficiently for as long as possible.

Ryan and Affordable Comfort KC are great! Call them first. He was responsive to phone calls and texts, showed up when he said he would and his work is top quality. He caught a few things the first guy missed (and these things were confirmed necessary by another technician). He makes sure you have what you need, but won't try to sell you on something unnecessary. The products he uses are great quality. He is an all around good guy who does great work! We won't use anyone else! They did a complete HVAC install system and we could not be happier!

The co-owner called to schedule an appointment with a couple of minutes after I requested a service. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. Jeff had a cancellation and called to let me know he could come today. Jeff was able to fix the problem within a couple of minutes and only charged a service call.

Jeff came out and gave us an estimate for an AC and furnace. After obtaining a few more estimates we decided to go with Affordable Comfort KC. They are arrived on time, completed the job as expected and cleaned up their mess. We purchased a new A/C, furnace, humidifier and thermostat. GREAT customer service and would highly recommend this local company!!
