Extremely professional and courteous. He was able to get out to clear our clogged drain on the same day...other companies were telling us they'd be out in 3-5 days...not good for a sewer line back up. Kenny spent extra time to make sure that the drain was completely clear and then made sure the basement was clean of all debris. Could not recommend him highly enough!

Last Saturday my kitchen sink stopped draining, friends and family highly recommended their plumbers. After almost one week of waiting for one of these plumbers to have the courtesy to at least call me back, I was disappointed and feeling totally discouraged. I resorted to HomeAdvisor. I chose Goodwin's Roto Drain Cleaning. I am so grateful that my friends plumbers did not call me back. I am certain that none of them would have accomplished what Kenny accomplished. This has been a chronic problem in my 108 year old house. When the use of his electric auger did not resolve the issue, Kenny went to the basement, cut the pipe and it was completely, solidly clogged like a clogged artery. It looked like concrete. I took a photo, as I could not believe my eyes. He cleaned it out, put the pipe back with rubber couplings that he called boots. He shared with me that this was the most economical resolution to my problem. My sink water drains like it has never drained before. I must also state that Kenny is a gracious, Christian gentleman that encouraged me with positive kind words, as I was in tears after I realized that the augur did not work and this was more complicated than I or he had imagined. In one hour he had cut the pipe, cleaned it out and repaired it perfectly. I am very pleased.

Lovely experience

I submitted my online request for service and Kenny called within an hour. It was late, so he came out first thing in the morning and cleared our drain. He was extremely responsive, did good work and was very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be calling him again if we have any more plumbing issues.
