Roofer was supposed to come at 5PM, he went there at 4.25 Pm. He talked to my wife and asked whats the problem of roof and what we needed with roof. Its inspection so they should do the inspection and do as they advertised. Talked to him on phone and told him about a shingle on the backyard and told him where its gone from. He said thats the decoratve part of shingle and nothing to worry about. I asked him if he should fix it. He said no need to do it. It will damage roof more. I asked him if he is going on roof to check it. He said no need, its new roof installed in 2011 and going on roof could damage something. I don't know if that's true. Since I had seen that shingle on the ground due to recent strong winds I wanted them to check if any loose shingles and fix it. I think I wasted money by buying this deal."
