"Our AC went out on a Monday night - Reddi Services sent someone out that evening but before the tech, Joel, could get to our house it started raining so he had to reschedule for the next morning. He said he'd be here first thing Tuesday and he was! He quickly figured out that our AC and furnace all needed to be replaced (it was nearing 20 years old so this was not a shock) and gave us options ranging from a temporary, more affordable fix to the top of the line option.
