It went surprisingly easy as Bob is one of the most straightforward plumbers/people I have dealt with when it comes home maintenance/repair professionals. He explained what he saw, what needed to be done and then supplied it as well in a written quote. He came by a day or to earlier to double check to make sure he had all his supplies and materials BEFORE he started the job. He went right to work and got everything done within a day.

Bob did a great job. He was the only plumber who would give me a quote over the phone. The others I spoke to wanted $50-$100 to come out and quote what was a simple and straight forward project. While all plumbers are expensive, Mike's price was more reasonable than a number of others I have used in the past.

Absolutely great. All expectations were met and exceeded. Kdp did outstanding work, very skilled and professional. Bob worked fast, he recognized piping layout that could be improved for better plumbing in house, did all the work we agreed upon. Was patient and listened. I am very happy with new plumbing.

I had Kdp install a water heater for me. I talked to the owner Bob and within just a couple hours he had installed the new water heater, removed the old one, and cleaned up the entire space where my old water heater was leaking. I highly recommend hiring KDP. They have the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
