They also have stock tile, fixtures, and so forth. We only knew that they were using Moen plumbing components, but not the specific models or ratings. There were too many unknowns with their bid. We went with a provider that could easily tell us what specific line items were included and gave us the flexibility to choose individual plumbing components, tile, waterproofing and heated floor system, etc.

Jericho might be a good choice for individuals who are primarily interested in a nice looking finished space, but for those people who are interested in the details, Jericho might not be the best choice during a bid process.
