Get matched with top deck maintenance specialists in Blue Springs, MO

"Work was done well. Old deck removed and hauled away. New deck work was completed in a timely manner. Workers were respectful and kept things in order."

"The work done on our deck exceeded my expectations. Donald even helped get the heavy items off the deck before he started."

"Coby called me for a bid on Angie to perform a maintenance stain on my deck. He had experience with the TWP stain I preferred, and was confident in his painters expertise. His price was very reasonable as well. They were able to come out and power wash it, purchase the stain and complete the job within 2 weeks. He also added a side walk concrete power washing essentially free of charge. There was also a spot where BBQ sauce had been spilled that Ricardo was able to remove using lacquer thinner, which worked great! I couldn’t find this recommendation on google anywhere, which shows their high level of experience. Their overall attention to a job well done as well as my 100 satisfaction was very clear. They were easy to communicate with and Coby was very responsive. I highly recommend this company, and will seek them out for any other services they provide in the future!"

"We recently signed an annual maintenance agreement with American Patriots Power Washing for The Ridge Apartment Complex in St. Joseph, Missouri, covering soft washing of our buildings, walkways, and pool area. James was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. We look forward to keeping our property clean and inviting year-round with a team we can trust. Highly recommend!"

"Guy, Caleb & Tony did an excellent job cleaning & staining our deck. Awesome group of guys & high quality of work."

"Very pleased with the job done"

"Milton and his crew were always on top of everything, and were very professional and efficient. His guys are very hard working and never stopped until the job was done, and it was done flawlessly down to the last deck screw. Yes, he is a very busy guy but always made ample time to speak with us on any questions we had. Would definitely recommend A-1 to anyone!"

"how’s this review sound? We had an excellent experience working with River and Imagine Restoration. They replaced our deck stairs and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and communicated with us throughout the entire process, which made everything go smoothly. The quality of the work is top-notch, and they left the area clean and tidy when the job was done. We’re very impressed with their craftsmanship and reliability and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others!"
