"I did some research on the "dry clean" carpet process and also spoke to the people where I bought my carpet. I was very pleased with this process over steam cleaning our carpets. "It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "

"They showed up on time and promptly started assessing the extent of the stained carpet. He started spraying the major stains with cleaner and hooked up all the equipment to start cleaning. Took him about 30 minutes to clean the areas that I needed cleaned. He was very professional and very nice. When he was done he even gave me little booties to wear while the carpet was drying. "Nice people. I would call them again for basic work if not on a tight timeline. (They have to drive in from about 90 miles away and there were several delays.)
