Our home received major damage on May 26, 2024. Our fence was destroyed by fallen trees. We contacted Miller Fence. Within approximately two weeks we had a new fence. Scott was very helpful. The installers were very professional, courteous, and hard workers. They made our difficult situation easier. The fence looks great. We highly recommend their services.

I would absolutely NOT recommend Miller Fence. I had them out earlier in this year to put up a chain link fence. I told them where my sewage lines were when I was getting quoted. Despite that, they drilled into my sewage line, filled it with cement, and now are refusing to pay for any of it. This is the first negative review I have ever left for a product/service in my life. I am very disappointed that they wouldn't make this right. Itâ s just bad business on their part. Take your money elsewhere to a honest company.

"Sam I am sorry you had a bad experience with us as a fence installer. We strive to have and maintain good relationships with our customers. First I wish we could have got this resolved promptly. I realize our contract says the Customer is responsible for pointing out private utility's on day of install. But we also strive to fix things we break. And if Installer would have had a clue he hit any septic line that was in use they would have repaired it on the spot would have saved everyone lots of headaches. What left us uncertain what to do is that we were never contacted until about 100 days after install, after repair was complete, Never ask for any assistants on repair, never given a quote, until after it was all done and complete. And then getting ask to pay for a complete line replacement from house to fence line. total of $2,800. We did go back and replace the post the plumber removed at no charge felt that was the right thing to do. So sorry again for your bad experience. wish we could have been in the loop early on and could probably have saved you more money. The Miller Crew"

Miller Fence was friendly, quick, and patient. From our first email contact our expectations were exceeded. They contacted us on the same day and let us know their employee who does the estimates was on vacation and it would probably be the middle of the week before he could come out. Got a call on Monday morning to come provide us a bid. He was very understanding and provided multiple bids since we couldn’t make up our mind as to which type of fencing we wanted. Once we decided we received an email with an estimated start date. This start date ended up being 5 days later probably do to weather. A crew of 4 showed up at 8:15 in the morning. By 4:30 that same day the old fence was gone and the new fence was installed with the yard cleaned up. Extremely happy with the process from start to finish.
