Honesty! That is the first word that comes to mind. Not only was he extremely polite, professional, and friendly...but he was honest. I heard something in my attic (so I thought) and I called Ambition and Brett came out same day. He found no evidence of anything and no entry point. Probably just something walking across my roof since I have large trees around my home. I appreciated him not trying to make up a problem to solve. Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. Brett called me immediately after I submitted a request in Home Advisor to assess the situation. He arrived the same night with several plans of action to remove a raccoon that had made its way into my attic. The problem was resolved the very next day as Brett even repaired the hole that the raccoon had torn in my siding. Brett's price was reasonable and far as a portion of his fee was dependent upon the success of removing the animal. Highly recommend Ambition!

April 1, 2019. I called Ambition Pest and Wildlife Solutions,. I spoke to Bret. He was professional and prompt. I thought I had a squirrel in my attic. I called around 4pm. He arrived around 5:30pm. I felt he was knowledgeable. He did not find any evidence of a squirrel and He explained why. I will definitely keep his card and refer him to my family and friends. Thanks Bret.

I feel like the issue was throughly evaluated and a solution found to resolve my pest issue. Very professional and fast response to my call. My issue involves bats which are tricky to track down. Brett throughly searched for the point of entry to my home and corrected the problem. If I should continue to have a problem with bats I will use this company again.

He came out and set a trap caught three squirrels within a few days and covered the hole they had made. Very happy have not heard anymore since!

He did a thorough inspection and I didn’t have anything in my attic. He also fixed my outside dryer vent that was coming off and plugged up around the A/C hose going into the house.

I NEEDED help FAST! I was selling my folks house & out of nowhere something dug a big hole. I didn't want to believe or even deal with this. I filled the hole, next day it was twice the size. I found Brett of Ambition Pest who came quite a distance immediately. I closed the sale but in less than a month: 1 groundhog, 1 poor Kitty, 2 raccoons (1 HUGE-filled large trap & 3-4 opposum) Wildlife is humanely trapped and relocated as required. Brett is friendly, does EXACTLY what he says he's going to do and I will never call anyone else if this problem ever happens again. I called on a Saturday and he came out on Labor Day. I had a squirrel in my attic and he was able to remove the squirrel and babies. Completed Monday, 9/10.

We'd caught a critter without a plan for removal. Ambition was at the house within 30 minutes of our call. Very courteous and provided advice for any future problems. Very positive experience.
