They got rid of four squirrels in my attic. They also install metal flashing to cover up the holes so no more could get in.

Will not use again nor recommend. They were out to remove a vole. The vole reappeared in the same tunnel. I believe it was the same animal. They would not stand behind the work they did and were going to charge me to come back out.

Critter Control misled us about what to expect from their services (omitting unpleasant truths). The results were not what we wanted. Be honest and transparent with customers! I will not hire them again, will tell friends/family we had a bad experience with them.

Kevin was very professional, friendly, and thorough. It's only been three days, but there have been no further sightings or sounds in the areas that had been affected. I felt the price was a little high, but I'd recommend them.

Very well. It went exactly as Kevin suggested it would go. Fortunately there was only one animal to remove. A second trap was provided and monitored for 4 days. No animal went into it and there was no additional cost for the second trap.

Very well. Cody arrived promptly and did a full inspection of the roof and gutter areas. No entry points were found. He provided an estimate for bait control stations for mice, chipmunks, etc. The estimate was very reasonable and we plan to call them back to place the bait control stations.

They were unable to come out the day I called, so had to listen to the baby cry & scratch the walls trying to get out but was out the next day at the time they said. Got the baby out of the wall & set traps for the others. Did get the other two out within a few days. Also cleaned up debris left by birds that had gotten into the attic.

They offered an appointment time when I called them, they arrived on time and took care of the bat roost and sealed the area so it would not come back. They also made some recommendations (and prices) for other things we might want to consider to prevent other potential critter problems.

I would highly recommend this company. Animals were removed from under an outdoor shed. All was explained as to process. Communication was good with great follow up. Very Professional and knowledgeable.

I contacted the company and they sent someone out right away he did a good job and took care of the problem but it was pricey . He removed 5 squirrels over several days and fixed the roof. Unfortunately you have no choice but to pay the price as not many people want to crawl up on high roof in the winter and rid your home of pests. So considering the work that needed done(dangerous) I guess it was fair price.

I had two squirrels living in my attic. They set up a barrier with a trap on it to where I thought they were coming in to trap them, and they seemed to go away for awhile but we didn't catch them - spent $170 for that. I heard them again and they came out to set another trap in a different location (spent $160 for that) and managed to catch them both (one at a time after resetting it). My only complaint was the second squirrel was killed while I was at work and was dangling from the front porch eaves where my daughter came across it after work. It was very disturbing to her so I texted immediately to have them come remove it. They said they would be there the next day, but forgot. I think it was another day after that before they came back. They did apologize, but it was rather troubling to have a dead squirrel dangling from my roof for three days. I always feel like things are overpriced when it's something I could really do myself (I thought they would offer more value like looking around for other places that might need to be addressed -- I had to point out all the places to look at). Bottom line the squirrels are gone and none have been back since, so that is good.

From what I understand it's basic pricing. It was more than what I would have wanted to spend, but they did a lot of work. They came several times and repaired several areas on my house.

They did the job and everything.  They got the job done.  But they wouldn't patch up the hole for three or four days while they caught a bunch of other squirrels.  It was eighty bucks a squirrel.  I just think that if they had patched up the hole after they had gotten the squirrel out of the attic the first day.  We wouldn't have had anymore problems.  But they claim they needed to leave it open for three days to make sure they got them all.  I'm sure they got a lot of squirrels coming in from the outside thinking they were going to go back in  get caught and make some money.  So after seven of them that was a little much.  It took $560.00 plus the initial $200.00 to come out and do the thing.  It ran between $800.00 and $900.00 to get rid of squirrels.  They did their job and they knew what they were doing.  It wasn't that they were incompetent of anything like that but they were expensive.  So that was my experience with them.  Everything other than the price and them constantly telling me they could not patch up the hole without catching something for three days was a bit much.  The price to get rid of these squirrels were more than I was anticipating.   What they were doing was more expensive than a plumber.  I would probably use them again because they knew what they were doing.

The job had to be canceled and another company hired. My initial contact with the company was great, but the follow up was severely lacking. When I first had the inspection done back in June I was told that the work could not be completed until August 15th due to federal laws protecting bats this time of the year. At that time I was told it would be scheduled for the August 15th to initiate the process of removing the bats and that 10 days later they could remove the installation and finish the job. I paid $159 for the initial inspection, and $100 for some initial clean up. Then was supposed to wait for the install date of August 15th. On August 7th I called to confirm the schedule only to find out it had not been scheduled. After leaving several messages on multiple days. I finally got a returned call and the technician was annoyed that I had called multiple times over the course of a few days. He informed me that the very soonest he could get started would be the 18th (not the 15th as originally promised), and that he would not be able to get back to finish things up until the middle of September. When I asked if there was any time sooner because the home sale could not be completed until the work is complete the technician stated "that was the best he could do." He then continued by saying that he was "currently up on a ladder and stopped working just to return my calls." I am selling my home and the work was required to be completed prior to closing. The closing date was set changed and set based on the initial dates the technician gave me. I arranged this upfront and things fell through. I had to find another company that worked me into their schedule for the 15th, and have already scheduled the removal of the bat door and sealing for the 22nd so that we can close on time. If the company is this busy and my calling to confirm is such an annoyance, then I would highly recommend hiring additional staff.

The service was great. They were punctual, took care of the nest and inspected the house for points of entry into the basement and sealed off the outside vents to the attic.
