"I called for a quote and Dan was awesome. He arrived on schedule, walked me through everything he recommended. I rent but the carpet had pet odor that needed to be addressed. He gave me the quote wi yay reasonable price and time to think about it. When I was ready, he had me on the schedule within the week. Again he arrived as schedule, well just a few minutes late, but he sent a message an hour prior to let me know. He did an amazing job. The carpet has brightened up, the pet smell is gone! You’ll need to scrape off most of the wax and use the distilled white vinegar to help soften and remove the rest and leftover residue. Keep in mind that while it’s possible, using distilled white vinegar isn’t an effective method for removing wax compared to the methods listed above.
