"I first hired Sid at HVAC Services about 13-14 years ago, after a larger company, ruined our boiler system by overwhelming the expansion tank during a routine tune up on a 50yo boiler. That larger company refused to back up their work or accept responsibility. We hired Sid, via word of mouth from a neighbor. Iâ m glad we did. He installed a high efficiency boiler for us, and boy did we start saving money immediately. After he did that, we hired him to fix our AC units that, the same larger company had not only over sold us on, but did not install properly. Eventually, those old acs quit working (they never cooled our 100 yo house properly to begin with). Then Sid installed new acs for our house. We not only had better ac units, but our house actually cooled properly. A few years ago, we were put in an unfortunate position, of having to completely rebuild the inside our home after a house fire. We hired Sid for the HVAC installation. He and his employees had to install new ductwork, our furnaces (we did not go back to a boiler system) and our ACs. The equipment that he installed was high efficiency and is comfortable during all the months of the year be it hot or cold outside. Sid is very excited to find the newest and best technology for his clients, he is honest, takes pride in his work, and from what we have experienced with other bids, is very competitive and fair, with his pricing. We are quite happy with our HVAC system he installed for us, and we plan to continue to have him maintain and service our units well into the future."

"Freaking FANTASTIC! These guys are honest to goodness Rock Stars! Can't say enough good things about them. Zach and Luis were amazing. After having been told our compressor was bad and that we needed to spend over $5,000 on either a new AC unit, a new heat pump or possibly an entirely new system, we were in the process of getting estimates when New! Heating & Cooling came by. Zach offered to give us a 2nd opinion for $49 [Looks like std rate is $89 so they took pity on us]. So, with the prospect of spending thousands, we figured a 2nd opinion would be good to have. THANK GOODNESS we did!! $322 run capacitor replacement and BOOM! sub 62 degree air blowing thru system!! Just Wow! Went from zero air flow and stagnant ~87 degrees on our 1st floor (likely higher on 2nd floor) to a system blowing low 60 temps! Went from being told we needed to spend 5+ thousands of dollars to spending ~$371 for diagnostic, part and labor. What a relief. Just amazing. "Here’s the new review : Beware !!!! DO NOT USE THIS company for your ac and heating system. They did not replace the line set when installing our new unit! Then had the audacity To bent the old line set and did not properly solder which caused multiple leaks of Freon so the unit never worked properly from day one! Now the drywall has to be torn out to have the line set repair.. We had an estimate from another ac and heating company who said that normally the line is checked when replacing a unit. The last unit we had was smaller so they did not adjust it fit the new bigger unit. We have been calling for two weeks by text , emails and calls, even my father called with no luck. They will not follow up with us to get this issue resolved. On top of that another company came out and said it’s standard for them to check those lines with a new install and gave us an estimate of nearly $2,000 to repair. Please save yourself the headache and do not use this company. They done nothing to resolve this issue so we will report this to BBB."
