It'd been very easy for me to be overcharged for this even if the problem had been fixed. The customer service/communication was great, was impressed by the dedication to fix the problem and I'm confident that as far as my vehicle problem going unfixed is concerned, that's uncommon.
I'm disappointed that the problem wasn't resolved but don't hold it against them as they did their best and made a recommendation I could try on my own. Unfortunately these things happen and because of the way it was handled, I would go to again.

Unfortunately in this case we weren't able to your Durango's 4WD problem despite our best efforts to resolve the problem, we felt uncomfortable throwing expensive parts at the problem without knowing for sure that it would fix it. We felt in this case it would be best to refund our customers money and provide him with a reference to another shop that would have more expertise in this particular vehicle. I trust you were/are able to get it fixed."
