I went to the basement and saw that there was water leaking from the top of the hot water tank and spilling down the side onto the floor. This was a weekend. I called KC Plumbing and he came out to inspect. Thankfully, he found out that the tank was still under warranty with the manufacturer. Since we still had water (cold) it wasn't an extreme emergency so he was able to fit us into his schedule on the the upcoming Tuesday. When hiring a waterproofing company to waterproof a basement I would expect the company to fix any water issues coming into the basement that was uncovered during the process. When we tore sheetrock off the basement wall in one corner we seen a water issue letting water to come in to the bedroom. One guy told us that it was above his pay grade. We had to go thru 2 different handymen before we got it resolved. Again you all advertise waterproofing basements with a lifetime warranty. Other than that your people worked hard to complete our job so please let them know. Thanks."
