We couldn’t have been more pleased with the work True North has done on our basement. It is very stressful when you have basement flooding, and unfortunately we’ve had it several times. Todd and his crew have always been quick to respond to calls and work hard to get to the job in a timely manner. They are professional, kind and thorough. They communicated well throughout the process abs made sure we were satisfied with the work. I hope we don’t need to have our basement dried out again, but if we do, we would 100% call True North. In fact, we’ve recommended them to several friends and neighbors.
