"Our new water softener which is a Fleck SXT made our water soft but it stunk terrible. We couldnâ t stand it. It made me nauseated. We could not get the help from the company we purchased the system through. The only way they could help was for us to buy another $600 filter to add on to our water softener. The water guys tested our water. It was soft. They recommended for us to clean out our hot water heater and take out the anode rode. We did this which my husband said was easy. Now our water is absolutely wonderful. Soft. No smell such an easy way to fix a horrible problem. These guys were so nice. "I was very pleased.  I had a tree fall on one corner of  my house.  Another company that I called said that the insurance would only cover the corner that had been damaged by the tree.  However, Duraplex worked with the insurance adjuster and convinced him that there was hail damage to my roof .  Consequently, the insurance company covered the cost of replacing not only the roof on my house but the sheds as well.  I did have a problem with the roof of one the sheds because I noticed that they had missed replacing some of the boards under the roof that had been damaged by water.  I contacted the owner, he came out the next day to look at it and his crew arrived the following day to take care of it.
