We could not get the help from the company we purchased the system through. The only way they could help was for us to buy another $600 filter to add on to our water softener. The water guys tested our water. It was soft. They recommended for us to clean out our hot water heater and take out the anode rode. We did this which my husband said was easy. Now our water is absolutely wonderful. Soft. No smell such an easy way to fix a horrible problem. These guys were so nice.
