Atlas was not only the cheapest, but they also said they could do it without tearing out the drywall or installing a sump pump (they saddled the drain system onto the main sewer line and added a backflow valve -- in the city, the waste and storm sewers are combined). Mike, the owner, was very friendly and James, the team leader, was very professional and helpful. The basement has gone a year -- including through the torrential downpours of December 2015 -- without leaking. There was some persistent leaking around the egress window. They had installed a drain pipe in the bottom of it and tied it into the rest of the perimeter drain system.
