The crew that installed everything was prompt; they worked quickly and did a great job of making sure everything was installed with as little muss and fuss as possible. We had a glass block window that had been poorly installed in a tile wall; Dennis told us this window would be tricky to take out and a new window to be installed. The crew did a great job though; they were careful and only barely cracked one tile (which other salesmen told us it could turn out disastrously; and Dennis warned us that the way the window set no matter how careful the crew was the tile was at risk). So it was a huge relief that it turned out so well, and of course a testament to how care the crew was.
