Everything came in when he said it would come in and the price was exactly what he said the price would be. The crew that installed everything was prompt; they worked quickly and did a great job of making sure everything was installed with as little muss and fuss as possible. We had a glass block window that had been poorly installed in a tile wall; Dennis told us this window would be tricky to take out and a new window to be installed. The crew did a great job though; they were careful and only barely cracked one tile (which other salesmen told us it could turn out disastrously; and Dennis warned us that the way the window set no matter how careful the crew was the tile was at risk). So it was a huge relief that it turned out so well, and of course a testament to how care the crew was. A few days later Brenda, one of the owners, followed up, and she did a great job of making sure I was happy with the work and that everything had gone well."

"I had to speak to at least 5 different people in the prosses and communication between them wasn't always accurate. Their suppliers caused delays, in particular the glass door. First instaler was very good but had to wait a month for the doors. Not happy with door, they seem fragile and hang very loose. Expected much better for $10'000. Don't have a good idea what to expect because each process ie: sales, measuring, 'dispachers , instalers, is a different person and start over with questions."
