We had a glass block window that had been poorly installed in a tile wall; Dennis told us this window would be tricky to take out and a new window to be installed. The crew did a great job though; they were careful and only barely cracked one tile (which other salesmen told us it could turn out disastrously; and Dennis warned us that the way the window set no matter how careful the crew was the tile was at risk).
