"It went great!  We had not counted the windows correctly and had ordered sashes for 18 windows.  Kyle and his employee were able to use parts from other windows to construct an additional sash for us right on the spot.  It was super cold the two days they were very conscious of keeping the windows out one at a time for a very short period of time so the house wasn't an icebox.  Because of routine settling of the house, some of the sashes didn't fit perfectly and by the time they left, the windows would open and close very well.  Kyle and his employee did what they said they would and, in my opinion, went beyond and did an excellent job.  Both my husband and I are delighted with the work they performed on our home.
