"It was very easy working with Kevin, and he and his team did an excellent job painting and repairing our house. They arrived punctually every day until the job was done, even working on Saturday. The glazing on our wooden windows was in rough shape, and Kevin did a beautiful job reglazing and repainting them. They also power washed the vinyl siding on our house, and got off lots of stains that I'd been unable to remove no matter how hard I'd scrubbed. As many of the reviews here have noted, Kevin will go above and beyond to do the job right. He even painted an extra door and some extra trim that wasn't in the original quote, because he noticed they looked dingy when compared to the newly painted windows (and did so without tacking on additional charges, which I wouldn't have minded any way). Highly recommended!"

"Changed our 1960 kitchen and made it look like a kitchen built in 2020. It really exceeded our expectations. We refaced our kitchen in order to sell our house next year. We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. Lined up another sub-contractor to come by and give estimate to take out wall so I could expand/add kitchen island, but neither the first person I met with nor the sub-contractor followed up with me to provide the total estimate.  I left a message a few weeks later asking for a call back and never received one.

 In the end, whether they could do the work I was asking for or not, had they followed up with me, I would have considered them for my cabinet refinishing work, which I will be doing this summer.  

UPDATE November 7, 2014: The owner of the co got back with me after seeing this review. He went above and beyond to address the poor follow through and put me in touch with another designer who promptly contacted me and drew up some plans. They addressed all my questions and on top of that he even reimbursed the $50 fee. I was very pleased with the recommendation, timeliness and over all effort to make it right."

"Yusvel is by far one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. My husband is an engineer and very picky and he was thrilled with his work. Yusvel has an artists eye and is very detail oriented. He always checked with me first before proceeding to make sure I was happy. He is kind, professional and very trustworthy. The only thing I would suggest is that he clean up daily instead of just the last day, which he did a very nice job of. I would hire Yusvel again for any future projects."
