Adam was great to work with and gave us a fair estimate of the work he thought we needed. When the actual job didn't require as much as the estimate predicted, he adjusted the amount due. John and Darren who did the work were excellent craftsmen. Their completed work makes our room look as good as new.

After a terrible experience with another contractor we could not be more pleased with the work Jeramy and team did on our ceilings. We had an ugly mess of caulk, remnant popcorn and zebra stripes left by our first contractor. PatchMaster did a great job of explaining my options, giving several quotes and answering questions. They were professional, courteous, and punctual. My ceilings look fabulous!

They came out and quoted me in a timely manner and did not constantly hound me about making a decision. I decided to use them and accepted the invoice. They quickly scheduled the work and were willing to work with my schedule. They did a fantastic job and were constantly checking to see if there was anything I would like changed or to see if I was happy with the work being completed. We were notified several times about their arrival date and time. Jeremy arrived promptly and promised by the company. He was very courteous and friendly. He completely the work in a professional manner. Cleaned up the work area after he was finished. He did a great job on the repairs that we needed. I have some other work that needs to be done. Adam and his team have earned a customer for life! Our finished basement flooded and throughout the process I dealt with no less than 15 contractors between plumbers, extraction, drainage, foundation, drywall, paint, etc. I was juggling multiple timelines, insurance, and many different quotes. Adam and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout it all, and most importantly, patient while we dealt with insurance. There is a different level of professionalism and integrity with Patchmasters that I didn't see with any of the other contractors I was working with. I couldnâ t recommend this company enough, they will be my first call if (hopefully not) this ever happens again.
