Mad City gave us a very thorough estimate and overview and we decided to redo every window. The customer service was outstanding, any issue was immediately addressed and dealt with, we were informed of every step along the way and really enjoyed the personal care the display for their customers. Installation was very organized and professional, they were able to install all windows in 2 days, we had leaded glass in some windows and it was a relief to have Mad City take care of disposal for us. Our house is air tight with our new windows, you can feel what a huge difference they make in the house. Finally, they just look so darn nice, we have had so many compliments from neighbors and family and we are always glad to share our great experience with Mad City windows with them!"
