"We had French drains installed from backyard to the street due to flooding in our backyard and going under our house (mild drainage) from neighbors downspouts and our own. The neighbors consented to adjoining their downspouts to the drain so that all water was rerouted to drain between the houses toward the street. The job was done March 3-7th. We have had very good results. Our yard no longer floods. A vapor barrier was placed in our crawl space in addition to a sump pump should there be any further flooding. Also fungus along one wall in crawl space was treated. A lot was done in a short time and we felt they were very reasonably priced as compared to other bidders. Jess demonstrated a lot of patience and reassurance when we were overly concerned about certain things due to our ignorance of how things work. We would hire them again."

Frank spent extra time with my parents to explain the scope of work and minimize the disruption to their lives. "Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks!
