"Rick and his team at Premier 1 Properties did an incredible job finishing our basement and staying under budget. We had a low, tight budget but big dreams. We received quotes from a dozen contractors and none of them could stick to our budget. Rick provided some solutions that would help us stay under budget and still have a really nice space. It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic.
