"I had multiple jobs that I needed to have done. Some of the work included painting a stained ceiling, fixing two doors that had been removed by a different contractor and reinstalled poorly which were on the verge of breaking because they had to be forced open and closed, fixing and reinstalling a broken kitchen drawer, and the removal of a garage entry door with frame that had rotted and replacement with a brand new door and frame including purchasing a matching color paint and then painting the new door. Patrick came to the house to look at the jobs, submitted an estimate which I thought was very fair for all of the work to be done and because he shopped all of the supplies needed for the jobs (paint, outside door, etc.). We agreed on two dates to split the jobs over two different days. Each time, Patrick arrived on time and went straight to work. Patrick is honest, what he does he does well. If something is not in his expertise, he will let you know. Already plan to hire again! "

Prior to this I was working as a design draftsmen in many fields including Architecture, electric, plumbing, heating ventilating and air conditioning. I built my first house in 1985 and lived there 15 years until my family outgrew it.Was doing a lot of remodeling in my spare time and was ready to take it on full time. Jeh Johnson and his partner Tracy Herod have worked diligently to execute the itemized proposal that began this project to rehab, restore, and rebuild my home at 607 Wilmington ave. St. Louis MO 63111. An incredible number of tradesmen and tradeswomen have done their individual tasks all on a schedule professionally overseen by Jeh. These liscensed and masters of their trades worked alongside Jeh who if necessary stepped in and aided e these individuals. His overall expertise has brought my home to this point. One must keep in mind that a burnout like my home is an unusal job for Ethos Buildig Group LLc to accept. Yet at every stage my home has been given the same careful and thorough attention as their larger jobs. And despite some push back with my insurance company every thing has proceeded smoothly and orderly manner given the inevitable supply chain delays. Jeh Johnson is an affable young man who has facilitated all phases my prject and has even taken time to educate me on all the intricacies involved in a project such as mine. I was confident hiring Robert because he seemed very competent and would be the same person who would be coming back to do the work. I didn't have to worry about job details getting mixed up or miscommunicated between a project manager and worker. As of March 2022 Wesling Electric was booking one week out (this was the same timeframe for all 3 companies I spoke with). The job took less than a day.
