"Randy and his team did a great job finishing our basement in a short time. Along with finishing the basement, they took care of moving a drainage hole to save some space, replacing old basement windows, setting up kitchenette and a full bath with good quality products and work. They made sure we were satisfied with every piece of work and to do that they go above and beyond. We felt reassured when Randy's son says 'no biggie' to make any changes as we wanted. He can custom build almost anything, my son & his friends loved the hideout they built understairs. "Tom and team did a basement remodel for me about 13 years ago, including adding a bathroom. Subsequent projects were window replacement for the entire house, and new roof/front porch. We received numerous compliments about the roof and front porch as it improved the entire look of the house from the street. He also replaced my concrete driveway to make it double wide. The most recent job was updating the columns wrapped around the porch. They were wrapped in aluminum which looked great but seemed like squirrels like to chew on them. Went with a different material this time around."

"I searched this app for someone to finish our basement and MH Contracting was one of the recommended contractors. Man are we glad! Mike was very professional with the initial meeting where we discussed our vision for the basement. He listened to our ideas and gave us some direction as well which we really needed. He sent the quote and a CAD drawing of the layout. Their cost per square foot was very fair to other quotes but something drew me to Mike. We were set to start in the fall which was the height of Covid and then we got sick. Mike was very flexible with pushing the start schedule out a couple of weeks for us to get better and to make sure our house was clean and sanitized. When they started all protocols were taken. Mike?s entire crew was very professional and were wonderful in answering our questions and open to discussing our requests along the way. All in all, so very accommodating and the end result was amazing. They were involved in all aspects of the job from framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and finishing. Nothing was left unattended by someone from Mike?s crew. We have recommended MH Contracting to our neighbors and have found our contractor for every project moving forward. I never write reviews but knew I had to this time because our basement is now an integral part of our home. It?s absolutely beautiful!"

"LOVED, LOVED, LOVED working with STL Build Pro! They remodeled our basement and made it an amazing space, that we are already enjoying! Our basement was completely unfinished - they worked with us to design the entire space. We added a living space, wet bar, bedroom, play area, 2 bathrooms (one full bath and a half bath) and laundry area! Every member of the team is extremely professional and courteous and so enjoyable to work with - even our kids loved having them around and talking to them every morning before they left for school! They made sure we were happy and satisfied with each part of the basement. They pay attention to every little detail! We added on some small projects upstairs as well, and they were very accommodating to any additional renovations we wanted to do or any changes we requested to things they were already working on in the basement. "I would highly recommend Dana King Design Build Remodeling for a remodeling project. We used them for both a master bathroom and a master bedroom remodel. Both rooms turned out absolutely gorgeous. I actually heard about Dana King Design Build Remodeling through a direct mail ad and decided to see what they could do for us and our master bathroom, which was in desperate need of a remodel. We had done remodeling projects in the past, some major, such as extending our previous house to add larger bedrooms and add a jack-and-jill bathroom. We’ve also done two kitchen remodels, a theater addition, lower levels, and a couple of bathrooms. Some of the projects we general-managed, and for others we hired companies, but either way we always seemed to have to manage and “sweat each detail.” Frankly we were so done with that scenario and wanted a complete turn-key operation. That is absolutely what we got with Dana King Design Build Remodeling! When we initially reached out to Dana King Design Build Remodeling, Dana came to our home with Meg, her design architect, and they talked to us. We decided to invest in the design fee to see their ideas and what they could do for us. We are glad we did! Dana King Design Build Remodeling had wonderful ideas and are the perfect mix between personable and professional. With any remodel project there are always issues and delays, and Dana King Design Build Remodeling addressed these minor problems promptly and professionally. Our master bathroom project did not involve moving walls, but did have a large whirlpool tub that needed replacing. The bathroom was completed in late 2019 and we are thrilled with the results. We loved it so much that we decided to hire Dana King Design Build Remodeling to do our master bedroom. I did not think they could outdo themselves, but they did! The master bedroom is spectacular, even more impressive than the bath. As a designer friend of mine said: “I don’t know if I could sleep there because I would want to stay awake enjoying it!” So true, and we agree. For our master bedroom projects we worked with Meg again, and with their designer Michelle. Their ideas and furnishings were over the top and incredibly stunning. They were both easy to work with and communication for both projects was through an app called Basecamp, where everything is documented and all parties involved are notified. Don’t worry if you’re not tech savvy, I’m not, and I figured it out. We could also contact them directly by phone or text, which I also did. The carpentry in the master bedroom, which involved beautiful moldings and “paneling look,” was done by Kent, who did a phenomenal job. Kent also supervised all the trades coming through the house: electricians, blinds, painters, etc. Kent was a pleasure to work with, very conscientious and an all-around nice guy. Dana King Design Build Remodeling followed all safety protocols for Covid-19, including masks, a washing station at the entrance, and sanitizing upon exiting. They were patient with us regarding delaying the project start date, as it was in March of 2020. Even though furnishings were ordered and delivered, they stored all items until we felt comfortable with starting the project. In conclusion, we are extremely pleased with the job Dana King Design Build Remodeling did for our master bathroom and master bedroom. They were not the least expensive, but we held them to high standards for the price paid and they followed through. No regrets!"
