What can I say about Rick, Eric and their crew. They preformed an incredible job on our kitchen remodel. They were prompt, always on time answered all our questions and concerns. The work they preformed was outstanding and very professional. We plan on doing a bathroom remodel in the near future and Premium 1 Properties will be our go to contractor. I highly recommend them for any and all contracting projects. Thank you Rick & Eric for the awesome work you did on our kitchen!

I though it went fine

Premier 1 Properties completed a major remodel in a little over 4 mos. It was a big job that included removing walls, reducing a fireplace, installation of new windows, doors, removing a bump out window, installing semi custom cabinetry in a completely remodeled kitchen, installation of semi custom cabinets and all appliances. Demo and rebuilt a new larger walk in pantry, installed custom designed hollow tube stair rail, all new light fixtures and recessed lighting in all spaces including hallway. Complete remodel of master bath and hall bath update. Installed new tile in kitchen and bathroom, new fireplace and stone, new vinyl tile floors in bathrooms, refinished hardwood flooring on main floor and installed and stained new stir treads. Installed new freestanding tub and glass shower enclosure, new casement around windows and floor trim. Installed a sliding door and vinyl siding on back side of house. Considering how big the job was, this team did a great job in a pretty timely manner. Eric is extremely consciences of details and I very much appreciate it. The job wasn't without hiccups but that's to be expected. All in all it went very well and we're very happy with the cost we paid and the beautiful outcome we achieved. I'm sure we'll use Premiere 1 Properties again in the future. We would recommend them to others.

Rick and his team at Premier 1 Properties did an incredible job finishing our basement and staying under budget. We had a low, tight budget but big dreams. We received quotes from a dozen contractors and none of them could stick to our budget. Rick provided some solutions that would help us stay under budget and still have a really nice space. It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rick and his team were incredible with checking on us and letting us know in advance how our day might be disrupted by the work. They were considerate of sound levels when he was napping and so courteous of our home life, which we were still adjusting to ourselves. This showed us a lot about the character of Premier 1 Properties. They care about the quality of their work, but they also care about their customers and their experiences during renovations. I have included some before and during renovation pictures so you can see the drastic changes that happened in the basement.

The service was awesome. The experience was great. They did a great job. They were professional, timely, they used licence worker. The important part was they didn't charge extra but ended with quality work.

The team was great! The team members made a great effort to get things done in a timely manor & as coast effectively as possible. A few times they called & came in on weekends to get some things done too. They worked around our schedule too. Rick & some of the other team members helped with decisions on colors & material. They went above & beyond the work they were hired to do to help me. Made sure everything was perfect. Was nice enough to even put plywood over the counters till they could get the cabinet top in. This way we were able to use our kitchen. There was a cracked/broken toilet tank lid. Rick took it back & exchanged it & brought out a new one. Rick & the team picked out the stove & hood to match along with the dishwasher. So I didn’t have to any thing They even scheduled delivery from stores so they were here to except & inspect for faults Very conscious of the dogs & not letting them out & working around them at times.

It was excellent. They were easy to work with and they were very professional.
