"Terry came out and gave us a quote.   He was able to get out and get the work done within 2 days of giving us the quote.    He was on time.   Worked quickly and did an excellent job.   His clean up was thorough, so that other that the work he did you could not tell he had been here.  
The job did not take as long as he had estimated so the final bill came in below the estimate.   He also gave us some tips on how to maintian the chimney.

He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. I waited a year after the work was completed to do this review to make sure I was pleased with the final outcome. About 4 months after the work was done, we found a crack in one of the granite counter tops. It took some time, but they did replace it at no cost and Scotty's work left zero trace of the rework."

"I had some loose metal that was very dangerous if it had broken off. Mr Freeman was near by and was able to come reattach the metal. It was really cold but that didn't stop him from reattaching the loose portions. I was really grateful for the emergency work."
