He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The workers were very hard working young men. Very polite and professional. Before they started tearing the roof off, they covered both decks to protect our patio furniture.
