They took all the dead wood out of 5 very large trees in my back yard, no boom work, all hand climbing. The cost was so reasonable and the clean up was excellent. Due to the location of the tree (overhanging the neighbor's house and yard, the narrow alley access and the nearby powerlines), they brought in a bucket crane. I was impressed with the expertise and safety precautions displayed. The tree was removed without disturbing anything and the crew did a thorough cleanup before leaving. They even removed a Mulberry tree we discovered growing in the fence line behind the original Maple. Epic was very professional and did the job quickly.
