"I have had nothing but perfect experiences with Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. They installed my boiler heater furnace in 2006 and my air conditioning unit in 2009, and I have used them ever since for the maintenance and service on both. Their customer service personnel are so nice and they get your service call scheduled very promptly. If there is any sort of emergency they will arrange to get a technician to your house the same day if at all possible. The knowledge and expertise of the service technicians is top of the line, and the technicians are always willing to fully explain the work that they are doing in terms that I can understand. If he says he can’t do it then I’ll search for a new contractor for that job. They worked so fast, and their work was flawless. Bathroom is absolutely beautiful. Used floor protection. The whole crew was always humble and polite and incredibly hardworking. I’m torn writing this review because selfishlessly I don’t want anyone else to know about our hidden gem contractor. Otherwise, Julio and his crew might not have time for our next project. I’m giving this review genuinely though because it is the right thing to do, and I truly believe Julio is great guy, thoughtful in his renovations, and he and his crew are straight artisans when it comes to finish work."
