"Mike and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. We moved into our new home in October of 2020 and our basement was completely unfinished at the time. We worked with Mike to create plans to add a bedroom, office, laundry room, family room, and an additional bathroom. During the project, we were so happy with Mike and his team that we asked if he would be able to help us with the upstairs as well. For the upstairs, MH contracting removed a wall that separated the kitchen and living room, removed carpet in the bedrooms, updated two bathrooms with new tile and vanities, along with installing new vinyl plank flooring throughout the upstairs. The wall was removed flawlessly and you would never know that there was a wall there. For the basement, they stabilized the stairs, installed completely new framing, fixed plumbing components that were not up to code from the previous owner, fully insulated and dry walled, painted, all new electrical and panel upgrades, added an egress window, and laid new vinyl plank flooring. The basement is now completely finished with proper permits and fully passed inspections. Mike’s communication was great throughout the entire project and all of his team members were very polite, clean, and helpful. He kept us up to date on any material delays throughout the pandemic and set proper expectations. There were material delays that were out of Mike’s control so the projects took about four and a half months to complete but they were a pleasure to work with the entire time. We would absolutely recommend Mike and his team to any of our friends and family for any work you’re looking to have done to your home or business."

Along with finishing the basement, they took care of moving a drainage hole to save some space, replacing old basement windows, setting up kitchenette and a full bath with good quality products and work. They made sure we were satisfied with every piece of work and to do that they go above and beyond. We felt reassured when Randy's son says 'no biggie' to make any changes as we wanted. He can custom build almost anything, my son & his friends loved the hideout they built understairs. "Tom and team did a basement remodel for me about 13 years ago, including adding a bathroom. Subsequent projects were window replacement for the entire house, and new roof/front porch. We received numerous compliments about the roof and front porch as it improved the entire look of the house from the street. He also replaced my concrete driveway to make it double wide. The most recent job was updating the columns wrapped around the porch. They were wrapped in aluminum which looked great but seemed like squirrels like to chew on them. Went with a different material this time around."

Our basement was completely unfinished - they worked with us to design the entire space. We added a living space, wet bar, bedroom, play area, 2 bathrooms (one full bath and a half bath) and laundry area! Every member of the team is extremely professional and courteous and so enjoyable to work with - even our kids loved having them around and talking to them every morning before they left for school! They made sure we were happy and satisfied with each part of the basement. They pay attention to every little detail! We added on some small projects upstairs as well, and they were very accommodating to any additional renovations we wanted to do or any changes we requested to things they were already working on in the basement. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority.
