RALPH THE PAPER HANGER

It didn't go since Ralph told me in April that he would paper my kitchen in June. June came and went and he never called. I called him on July 8th to see about completion and he never returned my call.

We have a sign on our front - "No solicitations or business cards please" - yet a large card was left anyway. Very disrespectful - no way to get business. We don't like giving negative reviews - but why deliberately go against a homeowner's wishes?

Ralph is not only the best paperhanger in the world, he was the best tradesman on our home remodel, period. He is meticulous, quick and reasonable.

Ralph is a true professional! Ralph and his assistant were punctual and took great care in hanging the mural. My gym looks fantastic. If I need wallpaper hung in the future, I wouldn't bother calling anyone else for quotes. He is my to-go person.

He did an excellent job and was extremely professional. He came early, worked hard all day and it looks incredible. Our bathroom was 6x6 and he did it all in a day. Would absolutely hire again. He's so nice and wonderful, too. He's expertly trained and very skilled. He comes early and brings a lunch and was gone before I got home. He called that night to check on everything. Very professional.

Ralph is a Master at his profession. The walls are perfect and I love it. Ralph and his assistant Drew are a delight and I have hired them for more work.

Like commissioning an artist. Attention to detail was superb. Sealant application along the floor and door molding was flawless. Pattern match-up was perfect. Mirror, medicine cabinet and wall-mounted lighting fixtures were removed and replaced allowing access to the drywall surfaces behind them. ( Gives consideration for future updates to the design of these accessories) Work was performed quietly and diligently so there was little disruption to our daily routine.

Ralph and his assistant did a fantastic job hanging the wallpaper on the master bedroom feature wall! Ralph came by the house in person last year to look at the room, the type of wallpaper selected and provide a written estimate. I really appreciated this as other wallpaper hangers I contacted gave only a verbal quote over the phone, which is often different once they arrive to complete the job. We had a few phone conversations just after the holidays, and agreed on a date/time for the install. Thankfully due to post-holiday lull and small nature of the project, Ralph was able to schedule the work just a few days later! When inclement weather was forecasted for the day of my project, Ralph contacted me the evening before to confirm he was still planning to attend, but may be a little late if the roads/traffic were really bad the next day, and wanted to make sure the plan still worked for me. I REALLY appreciated this extra effort. The next day, Ralph's assistant arrived well before the scheduled time to shovel the front walk. Ralph also arrived early even with the bad weather. Tarps and protective covering were immediately put down on all the floors AS SOON as they arrived, even before any table setup or materials were brought in. Other contractors in the past had not done this, which caused damage to the wood floors, so this made me happy right from the start. Ralph and his assistance were courteous and pleasant during the job, which took much less time than I anticipated. They even wall-papered all the outlet covers on that wall, which was a very nice touch! They moved the large bed back into place, cleaned up well, and went over the post-install review with me. Overall, I am VERY pleased with Ralph and the job he did. The wallpaper looks fantastic, all of the seams and repeating pattern line up perfectly, and he will be the 1st person I call when I need more wallpaper work done!!

The work went exceptionally well. Ralph and his crew arrived on time, protected my house from any damage, and delivered an unbelievable job for a fair price. His estimate was not the lowest, but not nearly the highest. He also cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Wish I'd had the work done sooner. For an historic house, Ralph is the only way to go.

Ralph was prompt when estimating, rechecked in before the date to paper, and showed up exactly when he said. He cleaned up after himself even including moving chairs, bed tables back where they belonged. Had an equally pleasant assistant

Ralph is a fabulous paper hanger. This is the second home we've had Ralph work in, and as always everything is perfect. He's extremely professional, nice, and does exceptional work. He and an assistant hung paper in our powder bath- they arrived early, worked hard (without taking a break) and did a fantastic job. Ralph is busy lately, but he's well worth the wait!

Ralph was wonderful to work with. Very punctual, professional, and the wallpaper looks beautiful. He did an excellent job. He kept the house very clean and I look forward to working with him again. Just need to decide the next project.

Ralph is fantastic!!! Excellent service - called and kept me posted on when he would be available and also followed up after he completed the powder room. He was able to quote my project three days early and also complete the project earlier than anticipated. Wish I had another project for him to do.

We called Ralph and he promptly came by to evaluate the work and prepare an estimate. He told us the amount of paper to order. We picked out the wallpaper at a local store and scheduled the work with Ralph once the paper arrived. Ralph was very professional and showed us what he was doing to repair the wall damage. He removed and disposed of all the old paper and hung the new paper. He did an excellent job of completing the work. My wife and I appreciate his attention to detail and the high quality of his work. We would not hesitate to hire Ralph again in the future.

Ralph was very professional: on time, polite, and easy to contact. The wallpaper looks fantastic and he went above and beyond in the cleanup and putting the room back together after his work was finished.

Ralph came over earlier in the project and gave us an estimate and told us how much paper to buy. We had to wait until some other aspects of the construction were complete before he could hang paper. He promptly returned our call when it was time and arrived on time on the day of service. The papering job is excellent, and Ralph went the extra mile by hanging up a mirror and replacing a light fixture I had removed so he could paper. I did not expect that and was very happy to see it done. I would recommend him to anybody and will use him again when we need papering done. Ralph has a very polite demeanor and was highly appreciative of getting the work. This is a man who truly loves what he does.

Ralph was professional, timely, thorough in the explanation of the work and aftercare of the paper. He provided assurance that if any bubbles lingered beyond a few days, he would return to fix it. He left the work area spotless. Price was right. I highly recommend him.

All around excellent experience. Polite, timely return of phone calls, scheduling flexibility, thorough explanation of services provided for the fees charged. Ralph prepped walls and hung a woven paper in my dining room. He arrived on time, clarified the work to be done and asked if had any questions or concerns. His expertise was evident in the efficient manner work was performed with the entire job including finish details and clean up completed in under 6 hours. Quality is superb, barely visible seams that disappeared after painting (stucco texture, paintable wallpaper). clean corners, and perfectly plumb lines. Ralph is consummate professional, pricing is very competitive and the end result exceeded all my expectations. I will most certainly use him again.

The bathroom wallpaper was originally put up 2 years ago by a different company. It was starting to come loose at the seems. I did not want to replace it yet, so asked Ralph if it could be reattached. He said it was fixable and he would be able to the following Saturday (a week away). He gave a price of $65, which I thought was very reasonable. He called the next day and asked if he could come by on his lunch and get it knocked out. It took about an hour and looks great! I'll definitely use him again.

Ralph is a good communicator and is very punctual. He clearly enjoys his job and is highly professional. He does what he says he's going to do. Both areas he worked on came out beautifully.

I called and left Ralph a message on a Saturday. He called me back later that day. He came by and bid the job on Sunday. My schedule was flexible and he was able to work me in a day earlier then the initially agreed upon day, which was perfect for me. My job was a small one but it was a fleece mural from Germany that spanned four rolls. The picture is highly detailed. He hung it perfectly. He was punctual, polite and very professional. He answered all of my questions while performing the work. I wish all of my interactions with contractors went as seamlessly as this. Should I have the need, I won't hesitate to use him again.
