"Excellent service and support, and I could not recommend them enough. Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. Their second agent agreed that we indeed did need a new roof, and updated our claim. Without Brian and Colstream, we would not have been able to get a new roof from the hail damage in March of 2024 which we definitely needed. Thank you guys again for the consistent support and patience!"

"The work done in my copper gutters was very high quality. Other companies told me to replace everything with aluminum but Shawn from STL City Exteriors told me he could repair the damage for a very reasonable rate. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the result. Will be hiring Shawn for future projects for sure."
