Our basement was completely unfinished - they worked with us to design the entire space. We added a living space, wet bar, bedroom, play area, 2 bathrooms (one full bath and a half bath) and laundry area! Every member of the team is extremely professional and courteous and so enjoyable to work with - even our kids loved having them around and talking to them every morning before they left for school! They made sure we were happy and satisfied with each part of the basement. They pay attention to every little detail! We added on some small projects upstairs as well, and they were very accommodating to any additional renovations we wanted to do or any changes we requested to things they were already working on in the basement. "Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."
