Just "this is what we are looking at... Give me a call if you're interested after you have time to think about it." The estimate was not the lowest estimate but was also not the highest... But for the quality and easiness of the whole process, that higher price tag was well worth it. They handled all of the permits and HOA approval, contacted Dig-Rite to come out, etc. We just answered a few questions, and wrote a check... they did everything else. The fence is beautiful, they were quick and efficient, and we have zero complaints about the whole thing.
