He started small, but had to remove more and more, including the dropped ceiling tiles, since two whole walls had to be removed, thereby removing the ledge upon which the ceiling rested. Jon came to help him remove the waste and between the two of them, they did exactly what I asked, completed it quickly, and cleaned up after themselves very well. Really nice guys, too. This is the second time I have used their services and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them."

We had tile, but we were having so many problems with cracks in the tile and the grout cracking and causing leaks that we were recaulking every 6 months, to the point the shower became unusable. Bath Fitter gave us a competitive quote. The install took a full day. The shower is a larger custom size but they handled it like pros. They knocked out all the tile and green board down to the studs, took out the original flooring, reworked the plumbing, then went to work installing everything. They got done late in the evening but the shower looked amazing. We had to wait a few days for the caulk to cure, and we waited a full week just to make sure it was fully set, but we loved it right away. We chose the Delta 2 in 1 Hydrorain shower head and instantly loved it. The best part? Our shower no longer leaks! Very happy with Bath Fitter’s work."
