After initial consultation Mauricio gave me multiple options of insulation level for my attic to bring it up to date and/or blow in additional and that's what's I decided to go with. On the day of appointment their team got right to it and figured out best point of entry and only took a few hours to complete the job! They come with a special ruler indicator that verifies the insulation is to the level requested, then after a quick clean up they were on their way to the next job with another satisfied customer. "The fellows did a great job with this house.  The work is really quite excellent, and they kept us informed with how long it would take, how it was going, and could speak in understandable sentences.  They were polite and they worked very quickly.  
We were amazed and how quickly they did this job, as it was perfect and not at all sloppy, which you easily see in others who are quick and sloppy.  They were anything but.   They cut around several outlets and exterior items on the house and that was done well.  I would definitely recommend to anyone.  We also cannot believe how much WARMER THE BACK OF THE HOUSE is now - especially as it faces NORTH and was quite cold for the last 15 years.  We hope to be able to have them do the rest of the house as we like the insulation put in and the type and quality of siding that was used.  We would recommend most definitely."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
