Our services include Mold Remediation, Water / Flood and Fire Damage inside the home, as well as Attic and Crawlspace Clean-ups and Restoration. We also handle reconstruction when a project requires it. We have extensive knowledge working with the insurance industry for those losses covered by insurance and have a 98%+ rate of getting insurance coverage approved and fully paid on a claim. We offer discounts for our Active Duty / Veteran Military Personnel as well as Senior Discounts. Please inquire when you reach out.

November 9th 2025 was such a Blessing! I had a professional person name Andy. I needed him last minute to clean my gutters, remove a partial tree on my roof and trim tree limbs on front and side of my house hanging over the roof. Andy was very professional and FAST!!! Everything was done within 2-2.5 hours. Remind you he was cable doing this in cold weather less than 40degrees. He explained what he has done and suggestions in near future! THANKS YOU ANDY! Advanced Recovery does fantastic work for a reasonable price. They found areas of mold the other company missed. They are great at communicating what work they will do and when. After he had removed the affected drywall and carpet, Andy treated the area and hauled off the contaminated materials. I couldn't be more pleased.

I got a couple of quotes after my dishwasher leaked everywhere and decided to go with these guys. Andy came out and inspected, really knew what he was talking about, and also got everything covered by insurance. Can’t complain about that. I’d definitely use Advanced Recovery again, though hopefully, and no offense, I don’t have another situation that I’d have to.

Ben was professional and responsive. Unlike the others who gave us estimates, he did not overreach by suggesting we shoukd tear out half of yhe wood floor. They were excellent and also gave us a referral to a wonderful contractor for the rebuild, who is now remodeling the rest of our house. I am a very happy customer!

Had a broken pipe a few weeks ago, we got the pipe repaired and we dried everything out but shortly after had mold developing in the wall behind the shower. Ben at Advanced Recovery sent out their technician Andy and he handled it right there onsite, and it cost us $500 less than our cheapest estimate. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with water/mold issues. Everything is back in order now, and just in time for the family to visit for Christmas. Thanks guys!!

Our basement flooded last weekend and insurance tried to say they weren't covering it. Ben and Andy both went to work immediately! Andy and his crew addressed the physical damage and Ben went to bat for us against the idiots at our insurance agency. Less than a month later and everything is better than new aaannndddd INSURANCE PAID FOR IT ALL!! Thank you Ben and Andy and everyone else that put in work for us! Greatly appreciat it!
