We are a family owned and operated business since 1984. We have three employees. Our HVAC work is done in house. A full sheet metal shop enables us to fabricate anything that is needed for duct systems and modifications. On the roofing side, we have sub-contracted to the same licensed and insured roofing and gutter contractors since 2009. When needing to make an insurance claim we are able to expertly see you through the entire claim process. Payment is due upon completion unless the job is worked through an insurance claim. A 10% Senior Citizen discount is offered on the labor and service call for HVAC services only. Financing is not available, but we do accept all major credit cards. FREE estimates are always offered on new or replacement HVAC equipment or roofing and gutter installations. Our phones are answered from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday with office hours 8:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Thursday.

I had scheduled them to align with the completion of the framing work to minimize water damage in case it rained. The framers finished early, and the weather forecast indicated rain for the next few days. C&L was able to squeeze me in a little earlier saving me from major water damage in an upstairs bedroom and the existing two car garage. They went the extra mile to make sure the new roofing section matched the existing 16 year old roof. They used quality materials that exceeded the quality of the materials from the original roofing company."

An AC system relies on the harmony between its condenser and evaporator coils for efficient operation. As AC units near the end of their expected lifespan, investing in the cost for a new AC system is typically better than paying for individual component upgrades to avoid costly repairs and ensure optimal performance.

If you know how to identify supply and return ducts, you’ll find that only the supply ducts will have dampers. Although your return ducts can have dampers, it’s not common. If you have one return duct that is pulling in too much air, adding a damper to it can help with overall system performance. However, dampers on return ducts are not a necessary addition for most homes.

Condensation forms when warmer, outside air combines with cooler air in your ductwork. This can happen when there are leaks in your air ducts, your HVAC system has a dirty air filter, or there’s a lack of insulation around the ducts.
