This company is amazing! They were friendly and professional from start to finish! I needed a new furnace and my options were explained simply and with no smoke and mirrors! The pricing was more than fair and they came out exactly when they said they would. The tech was considerate of my home and left everything in perfect condition. This is the warmest I've ever been with this furnace! I highly recommend this amazing company!

I had a great experience today with Ultra Heating and Cooling. Spoke with Monica on the phone who was polite and professional. I was in a bind, was gone for a day and came home to a furnace not working. It was 53 degrees in our house with outdoor temperature of 23 degrees. Called UHC around 12:30p Monica immediately set me up for an appt. between 2-4 pm. Specialist called me 30 minutes ahead of his arrival, which was 2:20p His name was Tom and I could not have asked for a more courteous or Professional person as he was. Located the issue within a matter of minutes, explained it in detail, fixed it, and was done in 20 minutes. This company came behind another business whose job it was to clean my funance but they never really did a proper job of doing so. I m glad the the service rep from U.H. C. Came to replace my inducer motor because they noticed my furnace hadn t been cleaned properly. And I got a discount for letting them do the service. Completely happy with them
