"Just purchased our home and the primary bathroom needed to be updated. Dean was very responsive and even came out to meet me during our home inspection for a quote. Antonio, Clemente, and Tanner were the "A" team. They removed our old shower fiberglass insert, carpet that was in the bathroom (yuck), and the tile surrounding the tub deck and up the wall. "This was a removal of a bath tub and separate shower. The tub was replaced with a walk in shower and all plumbing was replaced. They took the drywall out to the studs to reinforce the wall for seat and grab bars for my aging mother. Clear sliding doors were added. It was a beautiful job. They are not the most reasonable but are good quality in any customization and professionalism. I want to mention the following installers as they were very accommodating and cared about their work. "The sales person that came to our house was a very typical sales person and definitely not a designer. That worked in our favor, because we had already made choices on what we wanted. The project manager (Michael Gross) and the master installer (Jim Kesterson) were great to work with. Area's around our kitchen were protected, the work area was cleaned everyday. Jim was on time everyday, and kept us informed on his comings and goings. The project took two weeks and Michael came to inspect the work being done at least 5 times. The attention to detail, demonstrated by both Michael and Jim, gave us confidence that the final outcome would be (and is) what we were expecting and paid for."

"Josh has a great attitude, good sense of humor and is easy to work with. He arrived and looked at my front porch railing that was falling forward and advised of a couple different ways to fix it. I appreciated his bluntness as time is precious. He quoted me a price to temporarily fix the railing and also install a lock to an upstairs room. He was able to temporarily fix it with a future date to permanently fix it because we have to get the materials wood concrete screws to permanently fix it. He was also able to install the lock to the upstairs room. Overall it was a good experience and I have hired him for future projects."

Even with delays, Erica made sure I had the latest information and never hesitate to call. Our installer for the shower was very polite and made sure he had all supplies. He installed the shower in one day. The counter top was installed three days later. The installer was polite and even came up with solutions when the installed plumbing needed adjustments."

"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him.
