"First the salesman lied about the windows. I called Champion about outside noise. the salesman Mike came to my house and I took him to 3 rooms and he heard the outside noise when standing in front of the windows. I had triple pane windows he said that the windows were not good and that with Champion windows I would barely hear any noise. I had 2 windows side by side and he said that if I get a slider that it would also reduce the noise. He gave me a price of over $5,000.00 for three windows. I said that if the windows would reduce the noise to that level then put them in. After the windows were installed the noise level was worst that before the windows were installed. I have been trying to get my money back since January 2024 it is now December 2024. They keep saying that they are sorry about this but they have not gave me my money back. I am a senior citizen and do not have money to give this company and not get what was promised . Do not do buy windows from this company."

"I used Midtown Home Improvement for my deck. I recently purchased a house and the deck wasn’t looking the best. Midtown did such a great job of taking down the old deck and hauling it off. They rebuilt with some adjustments to not only make the deck safer but also much longer lasting. The project manager was professional and got everything set up easily. The contractor/installer was easy to work with and took in our recommendations and concerns without any issue. The deck is beautiful, and I am happy with the final product."
