"It ended up in a $500 deal.  They ended up finding mold in the air return so they ended up doing mold remediation and then they found more and I told them to just go ahead and do what needs to be done.  They seemed like they tried to up sell me a little bit. "

When I called the office she explained the process and when the technicians arrived they again explained the process. I knew exactly what was going to take place. They did a wonderful job. I think Billy is the owner. They are very nice guys. Everybody else want us to replace the whole furnace and that was a brand new furnace and they didn't know that the furnace was about two to three years old. The guy who put it in died and they told us we needed a new furnace, new recoil and all the stuff, and Billy came out and worked on it. I think it was $200 to $300 to replace the circuit board in it and had been working great. We had him come out here to do our yearly maintenance on our air conditioner.

"I had a minor recurring problem with my AC, and my old repair company had gone out of business, so I called Get Er Done; he came out the next morning, fixed the problem and told me some tricks to keep it working. Very friendly and professional. Later that night the AC quit working from a different problem, so I sent Matt a text (so he d see it in the morning) - at 5:30 am he texted me back, figured out the problem and talked me through it. Will definitely use this company again!"

"My AC isn't working so I called Wyatt Home Solutions for a diagnosis of my unit. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company.
